Surechart Terms of Use (EULA)
Effective October 21, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and PitchCall, Inc. for the Surechart app. By using the app you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms govern between you and us.
What Surechart is
Surechart is a personal record-keeping tool. It stores the conditions, check-ins, symptoms, medications, doses, lab results, photos and notes you enter, and it produces reports from them. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It never calculates, converts or recommends doses or treatment, and it does not interpret lab results. Decisions about your health must be made with your clinician.
Your record
Your data stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (the app can create an encrypted backup file) and for keeping your device and passphrases safe. We cannot recover a lost record or a forgotten backup passphrase. Exporting your data is free, with or without a subscription.
Subscriptions and purchases
Surechart Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly) or a one-time lifetime purchase through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any free trial that is offered is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for your own personal record keeping. You may not reverse engineer the app or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
