This policy is provided for laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370 and Connecticut's consumer health data provisions.

Consumer health data we collect

None. Health information you enter in Surechart (conditions, daily check-ins, symptoms, triggers, medications, doses, lab results, photos and notes) and any Apple Health data you allow the app to read stay on your device. PitchCall, Inc. does not collect, receive, share or sell it.

Sharing and sale

We do not share or sell consumer health data. We have no advertising or analytics partners.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information directly in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. For questions, see Support.
